Hey, I’m Erica Jackson! I’m originally from Detroit, a Florida A&M Univ grad and now have been loving living in the East Bay for almost 10 years now. I’ve been in real estate for a little over 8 years, and helping people buy and sell homes is honestly what I love doing most. My team and I make the process super simple—whether you’re buying your first place, selling, or just curious about what’s possible. We’ve got access to all kinds of grants and down payment programs for both first-time and repeat buyers. I’m especially passionate about helping folks in underserved communities learn how to build wealth through real estate. I’ve helped sellers break records in their neighborhoods and buyers win in crazy competitive markets. I'll travel far and wide for my clients - and when an area is outside of my expertise I will connect them with my local partners. One of my favorite things is helping people tap into resources like minority grants, down payment assistance, and even credit repair—especially if they didn’t think homeownership was in the cards. I offer free consultations so you can see what’s out there and get a real plan in place. Outside of real estate, I’m a mom, a bit of an adventurer, and a big fan of exploring new food spots.
